These terms apply when you use Party Rider (https://partyrider.brandingbrandz.com/), run by Party Rider ("we"). By signing in or booking, you agree to them.
What we do
Party Rider helps you discover nightlife, music events, guest lists, tables and party venues, and book them. Events are run by independent organizers and venues. They are responsible for the event itself: entry, safety, the music, food and drink, and anything that happens at the venue.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use Party Rider. Many events are 21+: carry a valid photo ID, and the venue may refuse entry without it.
- Keep your sign-in codes private. You're responsible for bookings made from your account.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example fake bookings, reselling tickets for profit, or abusing staff.
Bookings
- Reservations (pay at venue): you request the tickets, and the venue calls you to confirm. You pay the venue directly. The booking is final only once the venue confirms it.
- Paid tickets: when online payment is available, your tickets are confirmed as soon as the payment goes through, and your QR code appears in Your plans.
- Guest-list and table requests are subject to the venue's approval, door policy, dress code and capacity on the night.
- The venue can refuse entry under its door policy, the law, or for your own safety. Prices, lineups and timings are set by organizers and can change.
- Tickets are for personal use. Don't copy, resell or share your QR code. Each code works once.
Cancellations
Please be responsible
Drink responsibly, never drink and drive, and follow local laws on alcohol and age. If you feel unsafe at a venue, tell the venue staff, and call 112 in an emergency.
Liability
We are not liable for the acts of organizers, venues or other guests, or for losses beyond the amount you paid through Party Rider for the booking in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Tell us about any problem first (use the contact details on our contact page) and we will try to resolve it. Otherwise, the courts at our registered office have jurisdiction.
