Cancellations & refunds
Last updated 24 September 2026
Reservations (pay at venue)
Nothing is charged through Party Rider, so there is nothing to refund. If your plans change, tell the venue when they call, or contact them from Your plans. Any cancellation charge is set by the venue.
Tickets paid online
- Event cancelled, or the venue declines your booking: you get a full refund automatically to the original payment method.
- Payment taken but no ticket issued (for example, it sold out while you were paying): refunded in full automatically.
- Event postponed: your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can't attend, contact us within 48 hours of the announcement for a refund.
- You can't attend: tickets aren't refundable unless the organizer's event page says otherwise.
- Refused entry for not meeting the age, ID or dress policy shown on the event page: not refundable.
How long refunds take
We start the refund within 2 working days. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it in your account. UPI is often faster.
