Questions

What do I need to register?

Your business's legal name and PAN. Add your GSTIN if you're registered, your FSSAI licence if you serve food, and your excise licence if you serve alcohol. Have your venue's address and capacity ready too.

How long does approval take?

We review every registration by hand. You'll get an email as soon as you're approved, or if we need anything else.

Can I set things up before I'm approved?

Yes. After you register you can use Event admin to create events and listings. They stay hidden until you're approved, then go live automatically.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Tell us who needs access (managers, door staff, promoters) and each gets their own login with the right permissions.
